How it works: It contains:Dextromethorphan HBr – a non-addictive antitussive that mildly calms the inflamed throat and cough by elevating cough threshold in the brain. Chlorpheneramine Maleate – an anti-histamine, a chemical produced in the body to protect against foreign invasion, which prevents nasal secretion and allergic response. Pseudoephedrine HCl – which opens up congested sinus and respiratory tract and facilitates easy breathing.
Active ingredient: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide , Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride , Chlorpheniramine Maleate.

- Hypersensitive to any of the ingredients .
- If cough worsens or persists for more than a week or is accompained by a high fever , consult a physician .
- May cause hallucinations, confusion, agitation, overactive reflexes, shivering, twitching of muscles and rapid heart rate.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage .
- Do not give the children under two years of age or to a person with asthma unless directed by a physician .
