Our story

A pharmacy counter that happens to be online

Hope Pharmacy started as a single counter in DHA Phase VI, Karachi. What made people come back was not the shelf — it was being able to ask someone a question and get a straight answer.

That is the thing we have tried hardest to keep as we moved online. A website makes it easy to sell more; it also makes it easy to stop talking to people. So every order here is checked by a registered pharmacist, every prescription is confirmed by phone before we dispense, and every article we publish tells you when a product is not the answer.

We are 8 branches and a delivery service now, with 15,000+ products from 1,500+ brands. The counter conversation has not changed.

What we hold to

    We buy from manufacturers and their appointed national distributors. Never the open market, never a grey import.

  • A pharmacist checks everything

    Every order is reviewed before dispatch, and every prescription is verified by phone before we dispense.

  • One honest number

    Our discount ceiling is 20%, free delivery starts at Rs. 1,500, and those figures do not change depending on which page you read.

  • Advice before a sale

    If a supplement will not help you, we will say so. Every health article we publish states plainly when to see a doctor instead.

  1. 2019

    First Hope Pharmacy counter opens in DHA Phase VI, Karachi.

  2. 2021

    Prescription verification calls become standard on every Rx order.

  3. 2023

    Cold-chain delivery introduced for refrigerated medicines in Karachi.

  4. 2024

    Lahore and Islamabad branches open; same-day delivery in three cities.

  5. 2026

    8 branches, nationwide delivery, and hopepharmacy.pk relaunched.

We dispense prescription medicines only against a valid prescription, verified by a registered pharmacist. Controlled substances are dispensed strictly in line with Pakistani law. If you believe a product you received is not genuine, contact us at care@hopepharmacy.pk and we will investigate the batch immediately.
