Shipping Policy

Charges

Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 1,500. Below that, a flat fee of Rs. 149 applies.

The fee is calculated on your order value after any discount and is shown in your cart before you pay. Nothing is added at the door.

You choose a delivery slot at checkout and we hold to it. If we cannot, we call you before the slot rather than after it.

Prescription orders

Prescription items are dispatched only after a pharmacist has verified your prescription by phone. That call happens within 15 minutes of receiving your upload. If we cannot reach you, your order is held rather than cancelled.

Cold chain

Refrigerated medicines travel in an insulated box with gel packs and are dispatched only on same-day routes. If we cannot guarantee the cold chain to your address, we tell you before you pay rather than risking the medicine.

Packaging

Every order ships in a plain outer bag with no product names, no brand marks and no indication of the contents. Feminine care and sexual wellness items are additionally wrapped inside.

Failed delivery

Our rider attempts delivery twice and calls you on each attempt. After two failed attempts the order returns to the branch and we contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
