Who we are

Hope Pharmacy (Pvt) Ltd. operates hopepharmacy.pk and 8 retail pharmacy branches in Pakistan. Our registered address is 3rd Floor, Plot 22-C, Khayaban-e-Shahbaz, DHA Phase VI, Karachi, Sindh 75500, Pakistan. You can reach us on 021-111-HOPE (4673) or at care@hopepharmacy.pk.

Using this site

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you give us is accurate, and that you are ordering for yourself or for someone you are authorised to order for.

You agree not to use this site to place fraudulent orders, to attempt to obtain prescription medicines without a valid prescription, or to interfere with its operation.

Orders and acceptance

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and, for prescription items, only after a registered pharmacist has verified your prescription.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

• the item is out of stock or has been withdrawn
• a prescription is missing, invalid, expired or cannot be verified
• the quantity requested is clinically inappropriate
• we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent
• a price or product description was listed in error

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Prescription medicines

We dispense prescription-only medicines strictly against a valid prescription from a registered prescriber. A pharmacist will call you within 15 minutes of receiving your prescription to confirm the medicine, strength and quantity before anything is dispensed.

We will not dispense against an illegible prescription, an expired prescription, or a screenshot of a chat message. Controlled substances are dispensed only in line with Pakistani law and never in quantities exceeding what is prescribed.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. The maximum discount applied to any product on this site is 20%.

Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 1,500. Below that, a flat delivery fee of Rs. 149 applies and is shown in your cart before you pay. No charge is added at the door.

We accept cash on delivery, Visa and Mastercard, Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are stored and dispensed correctly. We are not liable for loss arising from your failure to follow the dosage instructions on a product or the instructions given by your prescriber.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction.
