Indications as listed by the manufacturer: Symptomatic relief of nasal catarrh and congestion due to cold.
How it works: It provides best result when rubbed on the chest , back or neck as a thin layer and massage gently for its absorption. In case of severe congestion heat may also be applied with warm dry cloth. It can also be added in boiling water for inhaling the steam. Use loose clothes to allow easy inhaling the vapours .
