Immunity
Cover the real gaps — sleep, vitamin D and zinc — not the marketing.
No supplement makes you immune to infection. What does measurably matter is correcting an actual deficiency: vitamin D is low in a large share of the Pakistani population, and zinc shortens the duration of a cold if started in the first day.
Be sceptical of high-dose everything. Fat-soluble vitamins accumulate, and megadose zinc taken for months interferes with copper absorption.
When to see a doctor
See a doctor if you get frequent or unusually severe infections, if infections need repeated antibiotic courses, or if you have persistent fever, night sweats or swollen glands.
