- Kidney Disease: Individuals with kidney disease should not use Locyst because it may be at increased risk for vitamin B6 toxicity.
- Leukemia: People suffering from leukemia should not use Locyst as it contains vitamin B12 and it may worsen symptoms in individuals with leukemia.
