What it is used for: Eye Infection.

How it works: The fluorometholone/tetrahydrozoline fixed combination consists of a less potent corticosteroid and a decongestant. Fluorometholone helps to relieve inflammation. Tetrahydrozoline , a direct acting sympathomimetic or nonselective alpha adrenergic agonist, constricts dilated conjunctival vessels.
Active ingredient: Fluorometholone , Tetrahydrazoline HCl.
Reported side effects: Rise in intra-ocular pressure , corneal thinning , cataract , fungal infection.
Known drug interactions: Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.

Adults & Children : Over 2 yr , 1 or 2 drops two to four times daily OR As directed by your physician.

- Do not use If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in the list.
- If you experience eye pain, headaches, changes in vision, persistent redness or irritation of your eyes, or if your condition worsens or does not improve within 3 days, stop using this medication and consult a doctor.
- You may experience blurred vision after using this medication. Do not drive or use any machines unless your vision is clear.
- Do not use the drops while wearing contact lenses. Wait at least 15 minutes after use before putting your lenses back in. There is a preservative in this drops (benzalkonium chloride) that can cause eye irritation and is also know to discolour soft contact lenses.
- Sit or lie down to instill . Open eye , tilt head back , look at ceiling , instill solution into the eye . Do not blink for 30 seconds.
Store this medicine at room temperature, away from direct light and heat.
