What it is used for: Allergy.
Indications as listed by the manufacturer: Provides relief from cold, flu, cough, runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion & sinus congestion.
How it works: Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride unblocks your nose and sinuses helping you to breathe more easily. Mepyramine and pheniramine are antihistamines providing relief from allergic rhinitis , cold , runny nose and sneezing.
Active ingredient: Pseudoephedrine , Mepyramine Maleate , Pheniramine Maleate.
Reported side effects: Drowsiness , dizziness , dry mouth , Nausea , diarrhoea , abdominal pain , flatulence & headache. Allergic reactions in case of Hypersensitivity to the drug or its components.
Known drug interactions: Anticoagulants e.g. warfarin , medicines for high blood pressure; medicines which make you drowsy; medicines for anxiety or depression or to help you sleep.

- Avoid taking with other drugs containing paracetamol or antihistamines or drugs inducing sedative effects.

- Do not drive or operate machinery as this medicine causes drowsiness
- In case of overdosing , consult your physician or pharmacist.
- Do not take with any other flu , cold or decongestant product.
