What it is used for: Cognitive Function.
Indications as listed by the manufacturer: Symptomatic treatment of functional asthenia, physical and intellectual overwork , Memory disorder , difficulty in concentration , Psychogenic impotence of recent onset , Reactive asthenia , Fatigue related to state of depression and anxiety , Fatigue following infections and operations , Fatigue in the post Partum period , Menopausal psychosomatic disorders , Geriatric psychosomatic disorders .
How it works: It has specific neurotropic action. This results in better physical resistance; improved intellectual performance and psychological balance. This new substance related to thiamine with important structural change which explain liposolubility on specific cerebral structures .
Active ingredient: Sulbutiamine.
Reported side effects: Occasionally : Mild agitation in the elderly subjects, allergic skin reactions. Tile urine may sometimes give out an odour.
Known drug interactions: It can safely be combined with other drugs. Ask your physician or pharmacist for any interaction.

Active ingredient: Sulbutiamine. Labelled strength: 200mg.
- Hypersensitivity to sulbutiamine .
- This medicine should not be used in patients with glucose and/or galactose malabsorption syndrome (rare hereditary diseases), galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase or sucrase/isomaltase deficiency (rare hereditary diseases), or fructose intolerance .
- No fetal toxicity or malformation has been reported. However, followup of women exposed to it during pregnancy is insufficient to exclude such a risk. Therefore, as a precautionary measure it is preferable not to use it during pregnancy .
- Lactation : In the absence of data concerning the diffusion into breast milk, treatment is not recommended during breastfeeding.
- Overdose symptoms can be treated according to the doctor's assessment .
Store this medicine at room temperature, away from direct light and heat.
